The passing of Patricia Louise Isajiw of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 16, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Cahill and Joseph Cahill; and her children, Colleen Melchiorre and Andrew F. X. Isajiw. She is survived by: her husband Dr. George Isajiw; her siblings, Peggy Gray, Joe Cahill (Margie) and Kathy Razzi (Domenick); her children, Kelly Caviston (Sean), David Isajiw, Peter Isajiw (Deanna), Michael Isajiw (Kathryn Willcox) and Dan Isajiw (Christine); and her grandchildren, Annemarie Stevens, Fred Stevens (Melynda), Joe Melchiorre, Joseph Isajiw Andrew Caviston (Alyssa), Michael Isajiw, Bryce Caviston, Patrick Isajiw, Lily Isajiw (Rob McLean), Sybelle Konefsky (Jacob), Emalyn Isajiw, Daniel Isajiw, Adelyn Isajiw, Maia Isajiw and Konrad Isajiw. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donohue Funeral Home - Upper Darby (8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Laurence Church (8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to St. Laurence Elementary School, saintlaurence.org.
