Maguire Jr. of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gail Winther and Helen Maguire. He is survived by: his wife Penny Dunn Maguire; his children, Amy Morris (Tom) and Sean Maguire (Dawn); his grandchildren, Catlyn DiMaio (Ben), Victoria Morris, Austin Maguire and Hollyn; and his great grandchildren, Roman and Caprice DiMaio. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and his dogs.
