He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Parsons and Charlotte Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Parsons; his children, Theodore E. "Ted" Parsons, Jr. (Amy) and Jennifer Kelly (Pete); his grandchildren, Sunny, Rosy and Parker; and his siblings, Arthur Parsons, Jr. (Judy) and Karen Fritschel (Larry).
