He is survived by: his wife Felicia Sampson; his children, Susan O'Neill, Sean O'Neill, Kimberly Dolan (Brian), Kevin O'Neill (Donna), Timothy O'Neill (Sarah), Tommy O'Neill (Audra) and Billy O'Neill (Kristin); his grandchildren, Zac, Timmy, Becca, Jimmy, Matt, Joey, Kelly, Katie, Molly, Jack and Amelia; his brothers, Bill O'Neill and Joe O'Neill; and his pet Domino.
