It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josie Carnes of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 24, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert Langmann, William Langmann, Clara Forner and John Langmann. She is survived by: her husband Harry Lee Carnes; her daughter Lori Haviland (Bruce) of South Fayette; her grandson Dillon Haviland (Amanda) of Nashville, Tenn.; her great grandchild Harrison Haviland; and her sister Dorothy Triscilia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bridgeville Funeral Home (430 Washington Ave, Bridgeville, PA 15017). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Melrose Cemetery (3064 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Josie's name are suggested to the staff of The Grand Residence, who took impeccable care of Josie during the last three years of her life.
