She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Dancha and Annie Dancha (Petrilla); her husband Thomas, Sr.; and her siblings, George, Pete, Charles, Mike and Mary LaMantia.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas M. Columbus, Jr. (Dee), Anthony Columbus (Kathy) and Christopher Columbus; her grandchildren, Thomas III, Allison (Neil), Renee and Chelsea; her great grandchildren, Emmett, Rory, Ava and Madyson; and her siblings, Andrew Dancha (Flo), Helen Voytas and Margaret Greaves. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
