It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Mae (Misner) Harasty (Vintondale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 8, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Misner and Elizabeth Misner (Schultz). She is survived by: her husband Michael Harasty, Sr.; her daughter Cathy Harasty Peterson; her siblings, Hazel, Wilbert, Laird, Clarence, Elmer, Merton, Walter and Dewey; her children, Michael Harasty Jr. (Janet), Vintondale and Judy Marines (John) of Alva, FL; her son-in-law Jay Peterson of Clinton, PA; her grandchildren, Erik, Jeffrey, Timothy, Christopher, Mark, Aaron, Karin and Matthew; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew Harasty and Edna Harasty. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stella's memory to the First Baptist Church of Vintondale, 485 Main Street, Vintondale, PA 15961.
