He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. A. Sr. and Madeline Klotz (Haydt); and his sisters, Fern Smith, Audrey Kemmerer and Bonnie Palansky.
He is survived by : his spouse Gail L. Klotz (Kocher); his daughters, Stacy (Robert Grim) of New Ringgold and Tara (Jason Fritz) of Walnutport; his grandchildren, Karissa and Jevin; and his siblings, Karl Klotz of Slatington, Donna (Gerald Seip) of Walnutport and Glendra Knappenberger of Walnutport.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's name are suggested to Disabled American Veterans, 1123 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
