He was predeceased by: his parent Nedrow Glenn; and his siblings, Raymond Newcomer, Robert Newcomer and Mary Newcomer. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Louise Frank Newcomer; his sons, John (Heather Newcomer) and Allen Newcomer of Smock; his siblings, Richard, Doris Shamblin and Barbara Riley; and his pet Nellie.
