He is survived by : his wife Robin; his children, Joshua (Mandy), Chelsea (Mark), Brandon Augustine (Samantha) and Blake Augustine (Alex); his sisters, Donna Shipe (Bob) and Bonnie Miller; and his grandchildren, Madalyn, Kenslee, Joshua Muntz, Percy, Freya, Lily and Lucy Augustine.
