He was predeceased by: his siblings, Stefania, Stefan (Steve) and Rudolph Fasolak (Rudy). He is survived by: his son Ambrose Antonio Fasolak (Lisa); his sister Maria Kessler; and his grandchildren, Dido, Sarah, Ridge Ambrose and Kyle Amborzy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
