He was predeceased by: his parent Grandville Hickman. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Lenox Hickman; his wife Angela Lanza Hickman; his daughter Gerri Bleam of Lower Makefield; and his children-in-law, Mark Bleam of Lower Makefield, Allen K. Jr., Taryn Hickman of Lower Makefield, Robert V., Kristin Hickman of Lower Makefield, Brian K. and Colleen Hickman of Wellesley, MA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
