He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Snatchko. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Howard (Paul) of Ellsworth, PA and Tammy Post (Mark) of Hickory, PA; his sister Becky Forsythe of Alabama; his grandchildren, Paul, Brandon, Cody, Angelina, Sarah, Matthew, Johnathan, Shawn and Chyann; his siblings' children, Pamela Philyaw and Joseph Oravitz; his son Shawn M. Leonard Sr.; his brother William A. Leonard; his niece Robin M. Nestor; his brother-in-law Jim Forsythe; and his friends, Wilson, S. Timothy Warco, Owner, Supervisor, Holly Renay Warco, S. Timothy Warco II and Park N. Crosier. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
