He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hutter and Laura Gagnon Hutter. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Eckles Hutter; his sons, Jason (Angie), Zachary Hutter, Brandon and Ray Moore; his siblings, Sandra Allen (David) of Winston Salem, NC, Shirley Sprowls of Washington, Keith Hutter (Sally) of McMurray, Mary Slider and Debbie Hutter; and his nephew Shawn Allen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
