He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Harrower and Christine Payton Harrower; and his wife Kathryn J. "Cass" Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Scott Harrower (Susan) of Cecil Twp and Margie Kesneck (Kurt) of Chartiers Twp; his grandchildren, Andrew Harrower, Kassie, Macie Kesneck, D. W. Norris and Jaclyn Norris Pryor (Andy); his great grandchildren, Jana Segatto, Haley and Sean McFarland; his son Dale Norris Sr.; and his brothers, James and Alexander Harrower. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Gateway Hospice, 95 W. Beau Street, Washington, PA 15301.
