She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Havelka and Magdelina Brower Havelka; her spouse Laurence G. Foutz; and her siblings, Kenneth, Charles, Ruth and Carol.
She is survived by : her daughters, Marcia Stacher (Kim) of Washington and Janet Hull (Robert) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Joshua, Alexa, Mallory and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Kimmy, August, Jonah, Eli, Noah, Karson, Hudson, Jude and Audrey; and her son Edward Foutz. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
