She was predeceased by: her parents, Wray Jones and Mildred Liggett Jones. She is survived by: her husband James C. Roupe; her children, Lisa A. Kerr (Sonny) of Washington, Debbie L. Lindsay (Bill Seiler) of Washington, Amy M. Spencer (William) of Washington and James P. Roupe (Jody) of Sharpsburg, MD; her grandchildren, A. J. Kerr (Jackie), Austin Kerr (Becca), Jeremy Murray (Ashley), Joshua Lindsay (Ashley), Justin Lindsay (Adrienne), Jacob Spencer, Maddie Spencer, Jonah Spencer, Grace Roupe, Rachel Roupe and James Roupe; and her siblings, Nancy Zrimm of Avella, Sandra Kandros of Hendersonville, TN and Robert Jones. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
