He is survived by: his brother Eddie; his children, Bernard D. Kaplin (Becky) of Vidor, TX, William D. Kaplin (Sandy) of Meadville and Kathy S. Blake (Greg) of Vandergrift; his grandchildren, Trevor, Courtney, William, Kelley Kaplin, Jena and Amy Karafinski; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Owen, Jonah, Willa and James. He is also survived by his four children, he was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
