With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Dulaney (Washington, Pennsylvania), born in Marianna, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James and Anna J. Cavins Dulaney; and his spouse Billie B. Dulaney. He is survived by: his children, Mary Blaze, Denise Taylor (Vincent) and Shannon Dulaney (Jason Seaman); his siblings, Larry Dulaney (Barbara), Allen Dulaney (Diane) and Dora Dulaney; his grandchildren, Justin Dranzo (Samantha), Amber Taylor and Amanda Blaze; his stepgrandchildren, Emma, Garret, Daniel and Elizabeth Seaman; his great grandchildren, Charlize, Anthony and Jackson Dranzo; and his sisters, Joann Gilpin (Ken) and Patricia Bruno (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a veterans charity of one's choice.
