He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Barr and Florence Jackson Barr. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McCartney; his children, Billy Joe Barr, Jr. (Amy) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Brenda Pattison of Washington; his sister Sue Hulbert of Washington; his grandchildren, Nicole, Katelyn, Justin, Lauren, Shelby and Hannah; and his siblings, Charles Barr, Floyd Barr, Jr., Betty McCoy, Norma Barr, Alferetta Mercer and Patty Slonker. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
