He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Dowler; his children, Amanda Cline (Curtis) of Newburg, WV, Carletta Huggins (Steve) of Dillner, PA, Dawn Horr of West Alexander, PA and Frank R. Blackmon of Wind Ridge, PA; his grandchildren, Frankie Frost of Pittsburgh, PA, Katie Basinger (David) of Clarksville, PA, Adam Horr (Darlene) of Waynesburg, PA, Randy Blackmon of Waynesburg, PA, Wade Blackmon (Shana Hogue) of Wind Ridge, PA, Steven of Dillner, PA, Jeffery Huggins of Dillner, PA and Brian Taft (Sheena) of Boardman, OH; his sons, Roger Frost and Duane Blackmon; his siblings, Dale Frost, Merle Moore, Freda Stickles and Ruth Ellen; and his grandsons, Justin Frost and Tommy Huggins. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
