He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Perry and Rose Gallone Perry; his wife Carmela Angelillo; his daughter Luanne; his siblings, Anthony, Annie and Mary; and his grandson Travis.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen Perry (Joyce Korowicki) of Washington, Tina Perry (Donald Gshinsky) of Washington, Tami Avolia (Jan) of Washington and Lynette Otter (Ted) of Florida; his siblings, Paul Perry (Debbie) of Missouri, Victoria Nath of Florida and Tina DiPiano of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Nikki Kolkedy (Josh), Shauntae Post (Steven), Toni Perry (Loren), Jared Clemens, Sabrina Wyland (Chance), Vance Wyland (Destiny) and Trey Larson.
