With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol F Fleming of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Freshwater and Eleanor Krah Freshwater; her brother Michael Freshwater; and her granddaughter Amber. She is survived by: her husband William T. Fleming; her children, Terry F. Patterson (Kevin) of Laurinburg, NC, Michelle R. Hale (Brian) of Nicholasville, KY and William S. Fleming (Courtney) of Coraopolis; her grandchildren, Alexis, Matthew, Zack, Bri, Colton, Caitlin and Brooklyn; and her sister-in-law Gerrie Freshwater of Aspinwall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
