She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth C. Holzapfel Walters (late Clifford R. Walters) of Washington and Victor Galbraith Colvin; her half-brothers, Joshua Colvin and Jared Colvin; her stepsisters, Susan Smalley (Larry) and Dianne Trapuzzano (Ted); her uncle John Holzapfel (Isabelle); her aunt Kathy Morris (late Dennis); and her grandparents, Henry, Nora Holzapfel, Dr. Victor, Lorraine Colvin and Mary Alice Walters. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and numerous close friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services will be held privately at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
