He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Wyckoff Wise; his children, Donald Wise of Deep Valley, PA, Dianna Simms of Houston, PA and Karen Johnson of New Freeport, PA; and his siblings, Joe Wise of Waynesburg, Dewey Wise of Deep Valley and Darlene Wise of Waynesburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
