Harper; her daughters, Alicia Harper of Washington, Dawn Hayes (Michael) of Washington and Carmen Harper of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Kirsten, Lauren (Robert), Cordell, Taylor, Misha and Noah; her great grandchildren, William and Saraya; her grandparents, Louis and Romaine Dillard; her siblings, Lois Gatling Calloway and Robert L. Gatling, Jr.; her aunt Mildred Ivery; her nephew John C. Heyman; and her niece Phyllis Gatling Harris. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
