He was predeceased by: his father William "Hershel" Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hypes Harvey; his wife Catherine Phillis "Katy"; his son Zachary; his sisters, Vicki Harvey Walker (Jerry) of Texas and Lilly Mae Harvey; his parents-in-law, George "Irv" Phillis and Bernie; his siblings-in-law, Cindy and Ralph Phillis; his nieces and nephews, Megan, Nick (Chelsie), Melissa (Matt) and Seth; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reed, Olivia, Rory, Ryan and Rivers.
