She was predeceased by : her parents, Stephen Kenneth and Mary Louise Lennox Forgas; her uncle Charles; her aunt Virginia Muhleman; her son Nathan Orlosky; and her cousin David Muhleman.
She is survived by : her husband Steven P. Orlosky; her sons, Aaron Orlosky (Julie) of Burgettstown, PA and Evan Orlosky (Lauren) of Koh Tao, Thailand; her sisters, Karen Phillips of Texas and Kennetta Byrd of California, PA; her grandchildren, Grace and Luke Orlosky; and her cousins, Jude Muhleman of England and Freeda Forbister of Michigan.
