He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Sonny" Urbany and Edith "Tootie" Urbany (Miller); his brother John "Joe" Urbany (Marsha); his sister-in-law Sue Urbany; and his son-in-law Robert Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Marie Kelley, Christine Anne Wacker (Christopher) and Janice Lynn Farkas (Eric); his siblings, Edward Urbany (Karen), James Urbany and Mary Jane Joseph (Robert); his grandchildren, Samantha and William Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Kodi and Kylee Mann.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
