He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Oliver and Margaret Jackson Oliver; his wife Nancy Braun; his children, Leslee Gwynn (Elroy) of Virginia Beach, VA, Erica Oliver (William Jackson) of McAllister, Anthony Oliver (Mary) of Washington and Keisha Achurra (Daniel) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Niles Gwynn, Anthony, Dani Oliver, Jeremiah Jackson, Cheyenne, Cierra and Ceven Achurra; and his siblings, Jeffrey Oliver and Beth Oliver.
