He is survived by: his wife Charlene Neely McNeel; his children, David McNeel (Brittany), Cassie Hayes (Thomas) and Nikita Lucas (Josh); his sister Linda McNeel Wilson; and his grandchildren, Karis, Remington, Irelynd, Brayden, Skyler, Lydia, Victor and Rose.
The family requests that all guests wear a mask during visitation and service.
