She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh James Sinclair and Mabel Bertha Ames Sinclair. She is survived by: her husband Phillip L. Hayes; her children, Karen Tamblingson (Glenn) of Sedona, Arizona and David Hayes (Regina); and her grandchildren, Ryan Hayes of Aurora, Illinois and Mariah Unruh.
