He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Lou Kloska; his son Ethan Edward Ealy of Washington; his brother Kenny Ealy (Jennifer Hawk) of Washington; and his parents-in-law, Louis, Connie Kloska of Washington and Ed. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and several nieces and nephews.
