He was predeceased by: his parents, Val Tucker and Shirley Fonger Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tucker; his children, David Tucker (Teresa) of Washington, Michael Moritz (Janelle) of Pittsburgh and Jennifer Tucker of Washington; his brother Rick Tucker (Caren) of Houston; his grandchildren, Adeline, Henry Moritz and Savanah Avery; his great grandchild Giavana Avery; and his pet Benny.
