He is survived by: his wife Carol Haynes; his children, Frank David Bellotti III of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Tracy Bellotti of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; his stepson Michael Swihart of Washington; his sisters, Ursula Brodnick (James) of Lake Worth and Diana Bell of Washington; his grandchildren, Shane Bellotti (Sabrina) and Carolyn Gray (Tim); his great grandchildren, Eva Bellotti, Chloe Roggin, Tanner Gray and Jacob Gray; and his brothers, John and James Bellotti. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
