He is survived by: his children, Beau Flannigan of Washington, Christopher Flannigan of Washington, Anastasia Flannigan of East Washington, Terra Flannigan of Washington and Alyssa Flannigan of Washington; his sisters, Barb Brown of Burgettstown and Louanna Dawson of Burgettstown; and his grandchildren, Katherin Flannigan and Cayden Flannigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
