It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin C Tustin of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Tustin, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Watton Tustin of Washington; his sons, Tylor R. Tustin and Nathen Tustin; his siblings, Donald W. Tustin and Tina M. Jenkins; his niece Karri Ann Davis; and his nephew Thomas Davis, Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
