He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue; his sister Elaine Petach of Rye; his nephews, Dr. Robert Bartusiak (Susan) of Upper St and Dr. Barry Bartusiak (Kristi) of Upper St; his niece Ann Marie Petach (Jeffrey Janowicz) of Rye; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Brady Bartusiak, Alex Janowicz, Jenna, Alexa Bartusiak, Taylor, Madison Bartusiak and Maggie Janowicz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
