He is survived by: his children, Ramot Grinage (Cynthia), Traci, Tamra and Bridgit Vactor; and his siblings, Ted Vactor (Stacy), Frank Vactor, Noel Wilkerson (Dennis) and Norris Vactor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
