It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel I Bennington of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Mitchell and Mary Effie Critchfield Mitchell; her spouse Glenn D. Bennington, Jr.; her children, William Edward Bennington of Toronto and Mary Irene Thorn (Patrick J.) of Kingwood; and her siblings, Frances Dulany, Martha Lightner, Bill Mitchell and Joseph Mitchell. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
