She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. Dye and Ellen Carroll Dye. She is survived by: her husband James E. Winters, Sr.; her children, James Winters, Jr. (Brenda) of Washington, Jason Winters (Ginger) of Waynesburg and Stacie Warco (Carl) of Washington; her sisters, Carol Ann Earliwine of Washington and Linda Happe (Glenn) of Port Charlotte, FL.; her grandchildren, Ryan Winters (Trischa), Kyle Winters (Julia), Marrah Winters (Kevin), Eleni Kelly (Chris), Marissa Hess (Shannon), Cheyenne Hood (Joe), Shania Winters, Jessica Winters, Hunter Winters, Adam Winters (Savannah), Eric Winters, Justin Winters (Jen) and Joshua Warco; her son Frank H. Winters; her brother Howard E. Dye; her brother-in-law Richard Earliwine; and her granddaughter Allison Warco. She is also survived by twenty two great grandchildren.
