He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Gene Hickle, Jr. and Theresa Marie Byrd Hickle of Washington; his sister Kelsey Hickle (Jordon MacFarland) of Washington; his grandparents, Ethel Rush, Timothy and Thelma Hickle Sr.; his aunt Christy; his uncle Ted Gulich; his cousin Mark Gulich; and his uncles, Scott and Patrick Rush.
