He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Forney and Ila L. Cummins Forney; his children, Randy A. Forney and Cynthia Lee Forney; and his granddaughter Ashley K. Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Delilah M. Miller; his daughters, Sandra K. Bruce (Donald) of Avella and Connie S. Courson (Alan) of Cranberry Township; his brother Daniel L. Forney of Hickory, PA; his grandchildren, Joel J. Halmi (Michelle) of Pittsburgh, Rachel L. Vandergraft (David) of Avella, Alycia A. Dorsey (Justin) of Avella and Marshall J. Forney of Imperial, PA; his great grandchildren, Jordan Halmi, Elias Vandergraft, Brylin, Jaxton Dorsey, Liam Trudeau and Mason Wild; and his daughter-in-law Janet Forney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
