He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Howard and Katherine Pounds. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Naylor Howard; his children, Tina Marie D'Alessandro and Scott D. Howard Sr; his brother William "Ed" Howard (Diane) of Melbourne, FL.; his children, Kathy Howard-Svitek and James W. Howard Jr.; and his grandson Corey Michael James. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
