He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Thomas Cypher and Barbara Ventura Cypher of Washington; his brother Jordan J. Cypher (Christie); his nephew Christian J. Cypher; his aunts and uncles, Dr. Thomas Cypher, Dr. Janet Cypher, Cynthia Cypher, Theresa Cypher, Robert Ventura and David Ventura; his cousins, Olivia Cypher, Jude Cypher, Samuel Cypher, Grace Cypher, David Ventura, Bobby Ventura and Rachelle Padilla (Ralph); and his pet George.
