He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Frazee and Margie Hupp Frazee. He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Hess Frazee; his children, Jill R. Frazee of Lone Pine and Jerry W. Frazee, Jr. (Amy) of Washington; his siblings, Dee Frazee (Peggy) of Lone Pine, Darlene Locy (Ronnie) of Lone Pine and Ann Reeves Lone (Scott); his grandchildren, Madyson, Savannah, Wyatt and Landon Frazee; and his brothers, John Frazee and Howard B. Frazee (Jim).
The family suggests memorial contributions to be given to the Lone Pine Christian Church or the Lone Pine Volunteer Fire Department.
