He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier and Martha Kelley Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Cox; his children, Chris Frazier (Jami) of Winterville and Cathy Dames (Tad) of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jase, April, AmiJo, Brent, Chris and Tim; his son Jack Frazier, Jr.; and his siblings, Bill Frazier and Karen Sims. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
