It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leroy Hunter of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hanlin and Mary Louise Taggart Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Karen Elaine Vorhes; his sons, James Hunter of Washington, PA and John Hunter (Julee) of Helena, MT; his siblings, Kenneth Hunter of North Carolina, Joyce Anderson (Robert) of Washington, PA, Donna Hunter of Lexington, MA, Carolyn Molnar (Michael) of Avella and Arlene Gelles (David) of Windber, PA; and his sons, Ronald and Mark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many in-laws.
