It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M. Heidler of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Heidler and Mary Morrow Heidler; his uncle David; his aunt Esther Morrow; and his siblings, Dorothy Heidler, Margaret Poyntz, Thomas, Herbert, Raymond Heidler, Frank, Robert and Harry Morrow.
He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Custer Heidler; his children, James Heidler of Cambridge, OH and Susan Schwartz (James) of Sewickley; his grandchildren, Rebecca Clemens, Katherine Hollwedel, Glenn, Michael, Tina and Todd Mussman; his great grandchildren, Caylee, Alexandria, Chase, Brianna and Grayson; and his great great grandchild Rowan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church.
