He is survived by: his siblings, Tom McKuhn (Laura) of St. Augustine, Florida and Elizabeth "Sue" Pizer of West Middletown; his nieces, Judy Kelly (Colin) of Avella and Bonnie Pizer (Jim Hatfield) of Washington; his great-nieces, Ashley Cummins (Adam) of Avella and Katelyn Kelly (Robert Silverthorn) of Washington; and his great-nephew Chris Kelly (Stacy) of McDonald.
